Constructed by JL-WS Joint Venture, the former north apron of Kai Tak Airport covering an area of about 3.2 hectares is being transformed to the Kai Tak Avenue Park (Contract no. SSF513). In the vicinity of Kai Ching Estate and Tak Long Estate, the Avenue Park will be divided into 2 phases to more recreational space to the neighborhoods.
