Contract Awarded: Redevelopment of Hong Kong Correctional Services Academy Multi-purpose Gymnasium, Stanley

We are honored to announce that Wanson Construction has been awarded the contract for the Redevelopment of Hong Kong Correctional Services Academy Multi-purpose Gymnasium at 47 Tung Tau Wan Road, Stanley (Contract no. SSL505) by the Architectural Services Department.

Last week, the contract signing ceremony was held successfully to mark this milestone project. The redevelopment will transform the existing gymnasium into a new multi-purpose complex with an estimated duration of 780 days. This contract will be delivered under the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract Option B. Our team is well-versed in collaborating under the NEC3 framework.
