Job Description

Responsibilities:
．Handle pre- & post-tendering processes and/or contract administration works
．Prepare payment application, valuation of variation, estimation
．Evaluate subcontractors variation works and payment
．Monitor the progress of related programmes
．Negotiate with client / subcontractors for final account settlement

Requirements:
．Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
．5-8 years practical tender process experience/contracts administration in Government Projects or Public Institutions;
．Proactive, self-initiated, independent, detail-minded and a team player with positive working attitude
．Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
