Job Description
Responsibilities:
．Assist Project Manager / Site Agent in monitoring /coordinating of all building services subcontractors works, including their submissions and site installation works
．Prepare CSD and CBWD timely for consultant approval to meet the site work progress
．Assist Site Agent in supervising and preparing site records and reports related to building services subcontractors installation works
．Liaise and coordination with client, consultants, government department and utilities companies.

Requirements:
．Diploma or Higher certificate holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
．5 years working experience with Main Contractor, and experience in Building Services Installations
．Previous experience in ArchSD project is preferred
．Hands-on experience on BIM (Building Information Modelling) is an advantage
．Proficient in PC skills including MS office, MS project & AutoCAD
．Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
